FIELD: food engineering. SUBSTANCE: frying-drying chamber has housing with airduct, inner chamber with heating members, fan, collector, distributor with gates, control panel. Collector is communicated with working cavity of inner chamber through discharge channels and with dual-position distributor through inlet channel. Distributor is formed as shaft with two rigidly attached gates. One gate is engageable with inlet channel of collector and other gate is connected with airduct inlet channel. Airduct is defined with inner chamber wall and housing of frying-drying chamber, which is provided with closure having channels communicating working cavity of inner chamber with atmosphere. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 dwg
