FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: boiling apparatus consists of case of boiling apparatus and device for exhaust of steam and/or for reduction of temperature, positioned at upper surface of case of boiling apparatus. Inside the device for exhaust of steam and/or for reduction of temperature there is a channel extending into front or back direction. A back end of the channel corresponds to a suction hole connected to a hole for exhaust of steam of the boiling apparatus case. Middle of the channel corresponds to a section of a neck. Air from a ventilation unit is blown into the section of the neck to generate suction force at the suction hole by injecting effect. The channel separates on back side of the neck section; outlet holes are formed on ends of separated channels. External air is sucked from space between the suction hole and outlet hole.
EFFECT: elimination of closely set walls moistening with steam exhausted from device.
