FIELD: medicine, diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: method involves ultrasound irradiation of standard liquid and blood plasma followed by measuring discrete time changing of luminescence intensity; then graph of obtained dependence is approximated by two intersecting straight lines which are used for estimation of rise time of luminescence intensity from initial level to maximum, as well as intensity decay time from maximum to initial level, and maximum intensity of luminescence; then average rate of rising intensity of plasma luminescence, as well as relative average rate of plasma luminescence intensity decay are estimated using measured values; whole combination of measured parameters allows it possible to make conclusion about presence of malignant tumors.
