SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical diagnostics. Proposed is a method for early diagnosis of glioma, including selecting a sequence of DNA-oligonucleotide probes complementary to the sites of circular RNA associated with the development of glioma, and subsequently registering the circular RNA circulating in the blood of the patient by means of a nanowire chip biosensor. By the formation of complexes between said sequences of DNA-oligonucleotide probes and the complementary sites of circular RNA thereof, glioma is diagnosed.

EFFECT: reliability of diagnosis with an increase in the sensitivity and speed at the level of several minutes.
