FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: technique involves ultrasonic irradiation of a reference fluid and blood plasma placed into a measuring cell of a device, measuring of total number of photocount pulses of the luminous intensity of blood plasma and the reference fluid with a fixed liquid volume in a fixed period of time. Meanwhile the luminous intensities of blood plasma and the reference fluid are determined with a fixed temperature falling within the range of 3 to 39°C, a fixed ultrasonic frequency falling within the range of 100 to 900 kHz and its fixed intensity falling within the range of 0.05 to 0.2 Wt/cm2 of total volume of the analysed liquid by a photodetector measuring the luminance in the direction opposite to the ultrasonic radiator. Then a sonoluminescence coefficient is calculated as a relation of total luminous intensity of analysed blood plasma to total luminous intensity of the reference fluid. If the coefficient is 0.06 or more, the analysed blood sample is referred to a risk group with malignant neo growth.

EFFECT: improved diagnostic accuracy.
