Teeth are preparing by keeping two pairs of antagonists and using immediate-kappa made of fast-hardening plastic, for temporal prosthesis immediate-kappa is used, then antagonistic teeth are prepared by adding immediate-kappa into area of newly prepared teeth. EFFECT: keeping the height of initial occlusion, prevention of pathological changes in mandibular joints followed by subsequent loosening of mobile prepared teeth.
