SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with making a cast from a dental row, casting diagnostic model, preparing teeth, casting with quickly hardening plastic, applying a cast upon dental row followed by treating and fixing a denture. After casting diagnostic models, one should manufacture occlusion rollers upon models to fit them in oral cavity in position of central occlusion, then comes plastering of diagnostic models into articulator in constructive occlusion. Then one should cut teeth on diagnostic models taking into consideration the height of occlusion rollers and model a wax construction of a denture. One should prepare a patient's supporting teeth, make an imprint from diagnostic model to fill it with plastic of cold polymerization and apply upon a dental row. Then it is necessary to treat and fix a temporary fixed partial denture in oral cavity.
