METHOD OF MANUFACTURING IMMEDIATE PROSTHESIS FOR PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61C13/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry and is intended for manufacturing immediate-prosthesis for people with limited mobility, having defects of dentitions. Anatomical impressions are made and used to cast models of upper and lower jaws. Two working models are made. First model is made for pressing mouth-guard, the second one - for re-basing. Models are gypsumed into articulator. Artificial teeth are fitted in correspondence with occlusion contacts and fixed with "O-Bite" material to prosthetic bed of gypsum model. Working model is prepared for pressing mouth-guard. Undercuts and bone projections are isolated. Mouth-guard is made by method of thermal formation. After washing artificial teeth are fixed into mouth-guard with acryl plastic of cold hardening. Mouth-guard is fitted to master-model in such a way that it tightly fits all teeth surfaces. Re-basing of mouth-guard on master-model is performed by means of material for temporary soft re-basing "Coe-Soft".

EFFECT: method makes it possible to manufacture immediate-prosthesis for people with limited mobility during one visit due to application of two working models - first for pressing mouth-guard, second - for re-basing.
