SUBSTANCE: method involving etiological and pathogenetic therapy includes additional intravenous drop administration of 0.03-0.6% sodium hypochlorite solution to patients at acute disease phase (daily dose - 5-10 ml/kg body mass) for 1-5 days depending on state severity. Method provides rapid liquor sanitation, endotoxicosis decrease, recovery of central nervous system functions. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment, decreased doses of bacterial and hormonal preparations.
