FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: extra corporal blood indirect electrochemical oxidation is carried out with 0.06 % sodium hypochlorite. At that, patient's blood for treatment of sodium hypochlorite is taken from subclavian vein for creating of venous extracorporeal circuit. Indirect electrochemical oxidation is performed on 3 litres of blood using 0.06 % sodium hypochlorite solution in dose of 2.0 mg/kg, with blood flow velocity in circuit of 80-100 ml/min, rate of sodium hypochlorite introduction added in extracorporeal circuit of 5-8 ml/min. Indirect electrochemical blood oxidation is carried out daily 1 time a day in amount of 2 procedures.

EFFECT: method enables providing patients with positive increase in absolute lymphocyte count in 6 hours after first session of procedure, normalising indices of blood formula and leukocytic intoxication index on 3rd day of treatment.
