FIELD: medical equipment, used for tooth brushes intended for tooth cleaning with simultaneous massage of gingivae and action by magnetic field. SUBSTANCE: extension piece to tooth brush has a base with catches and permanent magnets; the base has the shape of a plate, with the permanent magnets placed on the inner surface in such a manner that their poles are oriented to one side, and the direction of magnetic flux of each magnet is perpendicular to the base plane.
