SUBSTANCE: toothbrush design versions are characterised by the head design: with a top surface and fingers flexibly mounted thereon, the fingers ribs fitting the fingers to the top surface; with an outer perimeter section made of a hard material suitable for the head ultrasonic welding; with an outer perimeter section made of a hard material suitable for the head ultrasonic welding and an area of bristle bunches arranged inside an inner perimetre section, such are made of a flexible elastomer with bristle bunches inserted into the holes therein; with an outer surface, a framework, a resilient membrane attached to the framework and capable of movement towards or away from the outer surface, the resilient membrane forming a leaning area with multiple cleaning/treatment element; with a surface having a peripheral section around the outer side thereof and an inner section where the perforated section is formed by multiple peripheral bristle bunches, the inner section formed by multiple bristle blocks.

EFFECT: proposed is a toothbrush in design versions for teeth and gums cleaning and/or massaging, the brush having a vibration device, a head flexibly mounted on the handle and having variegated cleaning/treatment elements with varied physical properties on the head cleaning areas.
