FIELD: plastic metal working. SUBSTANCE: press includes housing in which upper and lower tool holders are mounted. Upper tool holder is in the form of chuck resting upon spherical thrust bearing and having shape of bell with guiding trunnion. Said trunnion is mounted in such a way that it engages with central sleeve arranged in eccentric bushing joined with motor by means of intermediate transmission. Said intermediate transmission includes flywheel with eccentric spindle and opened upper cavity, two-shaft-pinions arranged diametrically opposite relative to axis of gear wheel provided on eccentric bushing, reduction gear, additional shaft-pinion and controlled coupling-brake with discs. press is provided with rotary joint for supplying energy carrier to controlled coupling-brake and for feeding lubricant to reduction gear.
