FIELD: replacement of stamp inserts and grab rulers. SUBSTANCE: device has articulated leverage system mounted on press stand. Grab rulers are composed of at least three interconnected parts. Articulated-leverage system has multi-functional link for coupling with middle portion of each grab ruler. Upper surface of link is adapted for mounting and dismantling of upper stamp inserts and side surfaces of link are adapted for mounting and dismantling of lower inserts. Each connecting member for connecting parts of grab rulers is made in the form of clamp bolt, drive eccentric roll and clamp element, which are mounted in ruler portions. Clamp bolt is mounted in guiding sleeve and spring-biased to eccentric of eccentric roll. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 7 dwg
