FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has axle with cam for engagement with board post hinge mounted in end face post of board, handle rigidly secured to axle, bent outwards from board by value of elastic deformation and engaging through lower end with bracket installed on board. Axle with cam is installed in board end face post for axial displacement until cam thrusts against post. Corresponding cutout is made in post for engagement with cam. Semi-round section shackle is found on lower end of handle for fixing the handle in working and idling position. Shackle is pressed by its flat side to plane of handle through resilient plate with oval hole for adjustment and rigid coupling with handle. Movable shackle is installed for automatic engagement with inclined rib of bracket rigidly secured on board. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of locking. 5 dwg
