FIELD: aviation, rocketry and transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: one or more layers of two-component boron-reinforced aluminium band are placed in load-bearing layers of three-layer glass plastic at distance no less than 1.5 mm from surface. In case different binders are used, for example, rigid binder for load-bearing layers and elastic binder for filler, boron-reinforced band is laid in load-bearing layers over boundary with filler. Stiff and strong boron fibers introduced in load-bearing layers increase flexural rigidly and strength of structure simultaneously enhancing its dampening characteristics. Thickness of glass plastic equal to 1.5 mm with boron-reinforced band laid in layers is sufficient for reduction of moisture absorbing of structure within 10 year operation period.
