SUBSTANCE: device has filtering and dispensing unit connected to external liquid and air lines which includes air sterilization filter and liquid sterilization filter both connected with ACETIC dispensing unit provided with sterile air laminar flow shaper and detachable cover. To prepare device for operation, filtering and dispensing unit is demounted and subjected to sterilization in assembly and then is mounted in place without unsealing inner spaces. Then external lines are connected to unit, air is supplied, cover of dispensing unit is removed and liquid to be dispensed is filled into sterile containers. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 cl, 4 dwg
