DEVICE FOR PREPARATION OF STERILE SOLUTIONS OF MEDICINES IN POLYMER PACKS Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: medical and prophylactic institutions, drug stores, pharmaceutical laboratories and other spheres dealing with preparation of sterile solutions. SUBSTANCE: device includes the following functional modules: technological module, power module, material and administrative modules. Technological module has unit for preparation of water for injections. It is connected with intermediate and main water receivers for injections whose outlet are connected to inlets of two mixers for preparation of medical solutions. Outlets of mixers are connected with inlets of diaphragm-type air compressors feeding the solution from receiver. Receiver is connected with compressor outlets through units of two sterilizing filtration systems f medical solutions. Each system includes four filter holders with connecting hoses and is included into two proportioners whose outlets are connected to inlet of automatic unit for forming the polymer packs, filling and welding them including replacement of pack-blow-out molds. Connected to outlet of injection water preparation unit is water quality monitoring unit. Solution quality monitoring unit is connected to outlet of sterilizing filtration units.
