FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to low-waste and resource-saving technologies used in the manufacture of construction and finishing materials. In the method, the preparation of raw materials includes shredding, grinding, breaking and brushing between grinding knives, wherein the raw material is shredded and ground between the knives of the rotor and stator, but the process of breaking and brushing - is performed in the air medium in a grinding chamber between the rotor knife and brushing separator. Further, the device for the preparation of raw materials contains a grinding chamber, rotor and grinding knives. In the shell of the grinding chamber, separators are installed from its ends for brushing based on the grain size distribution. Inside the grinding chamber, there is a brushing separator, inside which a rotor with pins mounted on it is arranged. Rotor knives are arranged in staggered order on pins with the possibility of height adjustment, and stator knives are arranged along the element of the brushing separator.
EFFECT: method and device allow preparing semi-finished products in the air medium without the use of water or saturated steam, or any chemical additives.
