FIELD: brewing. SUBSTANCE: malt and extract-containing compounds are ground to prepare mash. Grain products being affected by heat treatment are used as said extract-containing compounds. When degree of dissolution of said grain products is 8-10 %, they are added into mash, their quantity being 15-40 % of mass of mashed products. Quantity of malt being used for mash is 90-95%, its residual quantity is added into the mash during saccharification. Then mash is filtered, thus prepared wort is boiled together with hops. Mentioned above heat treatment is carried out within 0.5-1.5 min till bulk volume of grain products increases 1.25-2 times of its initial value. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method. 2 cl
