FIELD: oil production. SUBSTANCE: mud is lifted to the surface and transported over the surface through the pipeline. Pulse-cyclic magnetic field of different intensity is used to treat the mud flow. Typical units are installed along the pipeline. Each unit includes electric magnets of different intensity. The distance (L, m) between the electric magnets is specified from the following dependence: L = vt/2, where "v" is mud flow speed inside the pipeline, m/sec; "t" is cycle extension, sec.
