FIELD: oil/gas production. SUBSTANCE: device has a measuring chamber with separating piston, thermostatic jacket and hydraulic drive. The latter includes a rod with toothed rack and gear, as well as a meter of contact type with calibrated roller and case. Linear scale is applied to the rod for travel metering. Scaled dial is installed on the axle of the calibrated roller. Nonius for accounting scale rotation in accurate fashion is placed on immovable case. Metering chamber has a distributing unit with a pressure gage, needle valves and a ball intended for moving formation fluid sample through the chamber. The device is secured to the hinge of the bell-crank allowing one to perform stirring the sample by rocking the device around hinge axle. The bell-crank is provided with a stopper allowing one to install the device at the position required to operate. The piston is moved to the end upper position. Evacuating is carried out for "dead volume" of the distributing unit. The sample is transferred to the chamber and controlled thermostatically. The sample is transformed to the state of formation and readings are taken. The sample is returned to two-phase state after single-phase state by reducing pressure. EFFECT: higher accuracy. 3 dwg
