SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing the preparation based on monoclonal antibodies of class M that can be used for detection of antigen D of rhesus system in human blood. Antibodies were produced by heterohybridoma HM-92. Hybridoma supernatant is mixed with low ionic-strength solution and the indicated diagnostic preparation is obtained.
