FIELD: medicine, immunology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test-systems used for assay of human erythrocyte antigens, in particular, for assay of Kell antigen (ISBT KEL1 N 006001). The strain of transplantable hybrid cells KEL1-D/D98 producing monoclonal anti-Kell antibodies with titer 1:128 is obtained by fusion of human immune lymphocytes and murine myeloma. Also, invention relates to monoclonal antibodies that react specifically with Kell antigen-containing erythrocytes but they don't react with Kell antigen-free erythrocytes. Prepared antibodies elicit the more limited specificity that differs their from the known monoclonal anti-Kell antibodies: they react with Kell + erythrocytes in indirect Cumbs's test, agglutination reaction on plane in the presence of colloids, however, they give weak reaction only in conglutination reaction with 10% gelatin and agglutination reaction is saline medium.

EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of test-system.
