SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises body 1, drive 2, cutting roller 3 with knives 8, and supporting roller 4 with matrix rings 7, outer surface of which, as viewed in cross-section, is made in form of two inclined surfaces 10 and 11. Rotation of drive 2 causes matrix rings 7 to move towards knives 8 which perforate transplant. EFFECT: improved quality of perforations and enhanced reliability. 2 dwg
