SUBSTANCE: invention concerns surgical instruments for skin transplantation. Perforator includes handles and basement with walls. Walls feature guide lines for support roller shift. Support roller is mounted on an axis and features annular indents for removable cutters. Cutters are fixated as a unit at the basement. Additionally perforator includes cartridge in the form of two long flat side walls which can shift along guide lines. Side walls are interconnected by axis and at least one transverse beam. Handles feature support bulges for hands and annular grooves for thumbs. Handles are attached to external surfaces of side walls between axis and transverse beam and are oriented parallel to the support roller. Support roller is made in the form of bush sleeve connected to axis by bearings. Bush sleeve features external surface for large and small discs. Side surfaces of large discs and generation surfaces of small discs are positioned in the form of annular grooves for cutters. Each cutter is as thick as 1/2 to 2/3 of annular groove width.

EFFECT: obtainment and implementation of convenient and highly reliable cutter with maximally simple construction, ensuring high transplant quality due to improved cutter interaction with perforated skin flap.
