FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device incorporates housing 1, supporting roller 2 and cutting roller 3 positioned parallel to one another, handgrip 9, gears 7 and 8, roller-mounted working discs 4 and 5 disposed for mutual interaction and made in the form of equidimensional disc shears having transverse equally spaced edge slots 6, and firmly secured portion which appropriately fits profile of discs of cutting roller 3 and opposes sense of rotation of these discs along tangent to periphery, which passes through end portions of slots 6 that face cutting roller 3. Depth of slots 6 exceeds by one third of difference between sum of radii of discs 4 and 5 of supporting and cutting rollers and spacing on centers between rollers 2 and 3. Angle of keenness of discs of cutting roller 3 amounts to 10 30 deg and that of discs of supporting roller 2 is equal to 90 deg. Disclosed device may further incorporate supporting roller 2 which is provided with adjustment/tightening mechanism 10 mounted on housing 1 coaxially relative to supporting roller 2 and transplant guide 14 positioned as viewed from rack 13.
