FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary mixing hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid with water, the successive addition of hydrochloric acid, ammonium chloride and bis-(alkylpolyhydroxyethylene)-phosphate, oxyphos KD-6, at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, 1-12; hydrochloric acid, 8-24; ammonium chloride, 0.1-1; bis-(alkylpolyhydroxyethylene)-phosphate, oxyphos KD-6, 0.7-5.8; and water, the balance. Composition is used in oil production, heat energetics industry for cooling equipment cleansing from salt deposition. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 1 tbl
