FIELD: technology of dyes. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of inedible fruits of madder plant. Fruits were is infused in 70% ethanol. To 100 ml prepared dark-cherry color solution 8-10 ml hydrochloric acid and 1-1.4 g copper sulfate were added. Reagent can be used for histological slices staining.
