FIELD: oil recovery. SUBSTANCE: outer surface of central tube 2 bears three types of spiral channels with coinciding direction of coiling (with reactor rotating). In annular space between tube 2 and outer tube 3, at least two longitudinal ribs are disposed dividing intertube space into longitudinal sectors. Apparatus may have unit to transfer coked mineral part from tube 2 into combustion zone. Process of loading into loading zone 36 of reactor 1 consists in successively feeding mineral part baked at 200- 350 C in amount 10% based on raw material weight, raw material with content of organics at least 3%, and mineral part coked at 200-400 C in amount 10-20%. Components are vigorously stirred and obtained mix is fed into destruction zone 13, into which, after mix reaches destruction temperature, freshly regenerated at 500-700 C catalyst is entered in amount 20% based on raw material weight.
