FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermocatalytic processes in oil processing and petrochemistry. It covers said processes in heterogeneous catalysts, e.g. zeoforming, Z-forming, cyclar, reforming, catalytic cracking, catalytic destruction of natural gas liquids, to be realised at installation consisting of process reactor, catalyst regenerator, stock heating and evaporation furnace, gate feeders, filters, rectification assembly and flue. Reactor and regenerator are made up of spiral conveyors furnished with jackets to allow isothermal processes. Note here that moving heterogeneous catalyst and gas flow are in countercurrent in both reactor and regenerator. Reactor and generator are installed inclined to horizontal line to allow spiral conveyors in both reactor and regenerator rising catalyst which necessary to transfer catalyst from rector into regenerator via gate feeders. Reaction produces are discharged from filter into rectification assembly for separation while flue gases are forced through filter and into atmosphere.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
