FIELD: generation of thermal and electric energy. SUBSTANCE: invention is specifically related to generation of thermal and electric energy on basis of plants operating by binary cycle with combined usage of gas-turbine and steam-turbine plants. Steam-and-gas plant includes gas- turbine plant, waste-heat boiler, steam-turbine plant connected to it in which compressor is manufactured of two parts: compressor of first stage and compressor of second stage. Gas turbine is made of two parts: driving and power gas turbines. Outlets of compressors of first and second stages are connected to combustion chamber, waste-heat boiler is located between driving gas turbine and additional gas conduit connecting inlet of compressor of second stage and inlet of power gas turbine.
