FIELD: generation of electrical and heat energy, manufacture of liquefied and gaseous hydrocarbon products from coal in any industries. SUBSTANCE: steam generator 4 is installed inside plasmathermal gasifier 3 and hydraulically connected with steam turbine of the first steam-turbine plant 6 with coal supply unit 1 and the first plasma generator 5. Steam generator 18 is installed inside waste-heat boiler 17 under gas burner 19 for burning of synthesis gas and hydraulically connected with steam turbine of the second turbine plant 20, coal supply unit 1 and the second plasma generator 5. Both steam generators are hydraulically connected with system 30 of heat utilization. Exhaust 25 of gas turbine of gas-turbine plants 23 is located inside waste-heat boiler 17 in zone of action of flame of its gas burner 19 and is hydraulically connected through heat exchanger of steam generator 18 and smoke exhauster 27 with chimney stack 20. Synthesis gas cleaning system has the first wet stage 10 and the second dry stage 14. The stages are connected with plasmathermal gasifier 3 with the help of steam ejector 8, and between each other, are connected with the help of gas burner 13.
