FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: anchor had a step rod provided with a distance cone at its front end. The rod has less diameter from the side of the cone. The cone is provided with a distance sleeve. The sleeve has distance segments. The segments have locking members made up as interconnected triangle projections. The projections are flat and their tops point in the direction of the front end of the distance segment. The sleeve is made of a sheet part by stamping over the less contour. The blank is then pressed to provide required sizes. The locking members are obtained by pressing out. Simultaneously with pressing out the locking members the blank is made into the U-like shape.
