The instrument comprises facility for measuring force, recorder, and thermostat 8 for receiving the pickup for measuring force provided with cover 13 secured to fixed plate 11. The plate is provided with slots and guides for movement of movable plate 12 with knurls of the same depths and steps from the side of fixed plate 11.
