FIELD: processes and apparatuses of chemical technology for production of lubricants by continuous method. SUBSTANCE: the installation uses vessels for oil and source reaction components connected through transfer pipings with batchers installed on them to the reactor unit in the form of two successively connected reactors-mixers, evaporator connected through a transfer piping to the reactor unit and furnished with a distributing device and vacuum-pump used to evacuate vapors to a condenser-cooler and communicating with the mixer, which through transfer pipe with batcher installed on it is connected to the vessel for oil and communicates with the inlet of the cooling unit made in the form of two successively connected coolers, homogenizer, and accumulator of finished lubricant. The reactor unit additionally uses a tubular reactor with a heating jacket, whose inlet communicates with the outlet of the first reactor-mixer and whose outlet communicates with the inlet of the second reactor-mixer; the evaporator is made as an apparatus with an agitator and heating jacket, and the first cooler of the cooling unit is furnished with a circulation piping with a pump installed on it and connecting the outlet of this cooler to the mixer inlet.
