FIELD: lubricant materials, in particular antiwear lubricants.
SUBSTANCE: claimed lubricant contains (mass %) alkaline-earth metal carbonate 12-17; alkaline-earth metal alkylsalicylate 4-17; alkaline-earth metal tetraborate 2-5, alkaline-earth metal 12-hydrohystearate 5-12, and balance: petroleum or synthetic oil. Lubricant is obtained by reaction of alkyl(C16-C18)salicylic acids with carbon dioxide in presence of aliphatic alcohol in petroleum or synthetic oil hydrocarbon solvent. Formed superalkaline alkaline-earth metal alkylsalicylate in oil is treated with boric acid at 98-1600C followed by reaction of obtained product with 12-hydrohystearic acid at 95-1700C and subsequent cooling and homogenization of obtained lubricant.
EFFECT: improved corrosion strength and antioxidative characteristics.
