FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices for field measurement of hydraulic conductance, sorption and $$$ parameter in porous materials such as soils which can be used while designing irrigation and drainage systems, canals, dams, water reservoirs, foundations and bases, during ecological and amelioration works. Permeameter has two immobile air tubes which lower ends are positioned at different levels and which upper ends are fitted with valves-leaks. Valve to release water is fixed on lower end of bearing tube and is equipped with spring. Permeameter is provided with one transparent meter which internal space houses float with magnetic element. External surface of transparent meter is embraced with mobile magnet fixed in any position over height of meter. EFFECT: expanded application field, increased measurement accuracy. 4 cl, 1 dwg
