FIELD: ecology monitoring aids technology. SUBSTANCE: system has body with bottom, diagnostic operation and control blocks placed inside body, thermometry instruments for cold and heated air temperature determining, air sampling device, measuring device for atmospheric pollution detecting and air conditioner. System is furnished by placed in body air dehumidifier made like airtight construction composed by cylindrical cowling, dome-like cap and support skirt fixed at body bottom. Conditioner has thermoelectric battery which heat exchanger upper surface serves like part-member of air duct placed inside body at its axis of symmetry combined with internal fan. Heat exchanger lower surface is a part of body of external air duct with external fan. Internal air duct is connected by air flow distributor to volume of measuring device for atmospheric pollution detecting, but external air duct is connected to air sampling device. System provides stability of apparatus technical data at wide range of external temperature and air humidity during long time of work without of somebody assistance.
