FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: maximum of contrast of image formed by cemented elements of lens for which determination elements should be rotated and consequently additional alignment errors are introduced is chosen as criterion of alignment of lenses. For this cemented elements 6, 7 are put into holder 5, lower element 6 is clamped with the use of fixing mechanism, bundle of rays is directed from optical mire 3 with the aid of projection optical system so that real image of optical mire 3 is formed after passage of cemented elements. Plane of best image of optical mire 3 is aligned with photosensitive surface of charge-coupled device-camera 9, optical image of mire 3 is converted to videosignal, upper element 7 is moved with the help of precision micromanipulator. Photopolymerizing cement is applied to surfaces of elements 6,7 to be cemented, contrast of image of optical mire is calculated by videosignal. Movement of upper element 7 is conducted in direction of growth of contrast, movement, conversion and calculation are conducted till maximum of contrast is achieved. Cemented elements are irradiated by means of UV radiation source 20 until process of photopolymerization of cement is finished. EFFECT: increased quality of lenses. 2 cl, 1 dwg
