SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for creation of devices containing extremely low resistance material. Essence of invention consists in that device comprises a component formed at least partially from modified extremely low resistance (ELR) material, wherein modified ELR material contains ELR material with a face and crystalline structure, wherein said face is parallel to a-axis of crystalline structure, and modifying material adjacent to said face of ELR material.

EFFECT: technical result is enabling creation of devices containing ELR materials, providing extremely low resistance at higher temperatures.
