FIELD: ministorages positioned on balconies and like constructions. SUBSTANCE: storage has housing defined by heat-insulating boards, which cover housing, heating tube connected through window or any other opening with heating battery and temperature regulator formed as hermetically sealed container filled with air and provided with flexible roof, which is connected with gate preventing cold air from penetration into storage. Change of temperature results in changing of pressure in container. Storage is provided with access holes. Vegetable containers or pots are positioned within housing. Heating tube is connected with its heat-carrier boiling zone to heating battery. Heat-carrier boils to produce steam, which is delivered to heating tube condensation zone, where it is condensed to transmit heat to storage housing chamber. Liquid heat-carrier flows to boiling zone by capillary effect or through inclined portion of heating tube. EFFECT: increased efficiency, enhanced reliability in operation, improved fire protection by absence of electric power sources. 4 cl, 2 dwg
