Abstract RU 2078547 C1

FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises step of injecting oil solutions into base of polyps in combination with simultaneous blockade of minor curvature of stomach with water-soluble anesthetics combined with ganglioblocking agents. This step is followed by step of subjecting polyps to endoscopic electrocoagulation, oil solutions being administered twice some 3-4 days before electrocoagulation and at the day of conducting electrocoagulation. Formation of oil-filled pad at polyp base considerably reduces probability of inflicting thermally induced burn during electrocoagulation, thereby ruling out burns of tissue being treating. Treatment duration can be thereby reduced to 11-15 days and patient's stay under stationary conditions can be reduced to 10 days. Visual differentiation of tissues to be electrocoagulated ensures completeness of polyps removal, lowers probability of recidivations in polypectomy zone and makes it possible to carry out polypectomy with polyps of any type. EFFECT: fact of ruling out peptic attack to tissues by hydrochloric acid due to blockade of minor curvature of stomach contributes to early healing of wound surface without complications.
