CIRCULAR WOODWORKING MACHINE Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: woodworking, circular woodworking machine is used for mechanical working of timber by cutting to shape polyhedral blanks for different wood structures, including front parquet. SUBSTANCE: circular woodworking machine has bed-frame, mounted on movable sawing carriage mechanism of cutting with drive of saw disks rotation, clamping device for blank with movable and stationary blocks, each of which has capable for turning center with spikes. Movable block has dividing mechanism of blank turning. In the case the latter has fixer mounted in one of holes of movable block stationary plate, fixer using lever is rigidly linked with the block center tail end. Clamping device is fixed on carriage mounted with capability of movement in guides of bed-frame vertical pole. Machine has sawing carriage drive of feeding with switch of carriage run. The drive is capable to contact cams, that are stationary mounted on bed-frame. Drive of feeding has power drive. two chain transmissions with lead cams correspondingly for operational and idle runs of carriage and tension station. In the case sprockets of chain transmissions are mounted on output shaft of power drive fixed and on axis of tension station - separately with capability to rotate. Carriage with clamping device, as a version, is made with capability to turn in respect to plane of cutting. Machine additionally has mechanism of blank removal from zone of cutting during idle run of sawing carriage, that has freely mounted on bed-frame guiding site ruler with two stops, that are capable to contact pusher of sawing carriage. Between the stops there is stationary mounted on ruler cam, on which carriage roller with clamping device for blank rests. EFFECT: improved design. 6 cl, 8 dwg
