FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has feeding channel, rotary shell and housing, fixed outer casing, distributing trough mounted for rotation within rotary housing, drive for rotating shell and housing about vertical axis of channel and two drive crankcases urging trough suspension shafts to rotate about horizontal axis. Annular cooling agent supplying reservoir is fixed on upper edge of rotary shell. Distributing trough has cooling system for cooling lower surface of carcass connected with annular reservoir through axial channels, trough suspension shafts and rotary joints.
