FIELD: cooling equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has fan, air-and-water mixer connected with open-type annular collector. Dead ends of collector are equally spaced from pipe unions of vetch-shaped separator. Working side of collector is provided with at least two concentric rows of staggered perforations, with axes of perforations of one row being oriented perpendicular to plane of collector and of other row at an angle of 70-85 deg to plane of collector. Apparatus is provided with pivotal support having slot and opening. Retainer of carrier frame is mounted in support opening. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 3 dwg
