SUBSTANCE: device has two U-shaped wheeled supports running on rails, drives for horizontal motion, bearing supports, motion drives, rod of drive which transmits forces to levers through pin. Raising drive is located at crossing point of X-shaped beams of truss and is connected by means of two or more fork-shaped levers linked with grips at one end and with rod of raising drive at other end; fork-shaped levers have oval holes at points where they are connected with rod of raising drive; larger axes of oval holes are oriented perpendicularly to end surface of lever.
