FIELD: production of synthetic fibers. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has launder with manifold block on its bottom to feed spinning bath; worm with spinneret assembly on its free end mounted for sliding on guide in fast- removable forming box; and manifold to withdraw spinneret bath. Apparatus is further provided with rotatable spinning tube disposed inside forming box coaxially with spinneret assembly. Spinning tube is fastened on worm for longitudinal axial displacement and turn followed by fixation relative to spinneret assembly being in upper (receiving) state. Manifold for withdrawal of spinning bath is connected with overflow arrangement located on outlet end of spinning tube through annular clasping members, which are mounted on the end parts of corresponding branch pipes and form sealed abutting joint in their coupling spot. Clasping members are made as at least a pair of annular constant magnets mounted so as to be capable to lock when power is passed, surfaces of their opposite poles facing each other.
