FIELD: chemical filament production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hollow cylindrical housing with longitudinal charging slit and branch pipes for supplying and discharge of treating medium. Rotary cylinder with charging slit and central filament guiding channel is mounted within hollow cylindrical housing rotated by handle. Central filament guiding channel is connected with its ends to expanding chambers and is connected with treating medium supplying branch pipe through inclined openings. Filament guides and heat-insulating device are positioned adjacent to ends. Cylindrical insert laid on outer surface of rotary cylinder is rigidly secured in cylindrical housing along its whole length. Insert is made from nonmetallic material with low friction coefficient.
