FIELD: spinning and torsional-drawing machines for manufacture of artificial and synthetic threads. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has at least one pair of shafts inserted one into the other and rotated by their own drives. Receiving drawing spinning large-diameter disk is fixed on outer shaft and pulling small-diameter disk is fixed on inner shaft. Equally spaced spreading rollers are disposed about disks. Drawing disks are positioned one behind the other in axially aligned relation and auxiliary spreading roller is introduced into annular space between their ends. Auxiliary spreading roller is mounted for loose rotation around outer shaft of receiving disk during engagement with moving thread. Both disks and auxiliary roller are provided with device for regulating their axial position. Auxiliary roller has three magnetic units, each connected with respective axially regulated member. Magnetic units are axially aligned one with respect to the other and have single-pole direction of magnetization vectors of ends faced one toward the other.
